Though technically a moon, Yavin 4 (or simply Yavin) was the location of the Headquarters of the Resistance back in the day. The moon is covered in jungle. Wetyin's Colony was the main settlement there and the moon is defended by the Civilian Defense Force. 

One orbital period is 4,818 days and it is located in the Outer Rim. The planet it is a moon to is Yavin Prime, a giant gas giant that is uninhabited.
