Jabba the Hutt was originally meant to be furry.
Originally, Jabba the Hutt was not made as a grimy slug, but as a fuzzy creature. This was shocking you, right? I almost want to have a furry ball. But we still like Jabba as a grimy slug, right? But furry is- no- Jabba is a grimy slug.




The lightsaber noise comes from the familiar hum of an old television.
The noise a Lightsaber makes, is created by combining the hum of an old television's picture tube and the buzz of a film projector's motor. Now I know where that sounds come from. It was a sound which I heard before but I couldn’t place it. It was an original idea, and we will never forget this one ever again.





There are no female fighter pilots in the original trilogy.
Even though female fighter pilots were in the original screenplay, they were removed from the final cut. Shocking! We want more female fighters because they are cool too. What about making a new Star Wars movie with only women?
