As a member and head of the tourism department, I have gotten the chance to be in many different nooks and crannies of the galaxy. With being around so many places, I’ve had the joys of seeing a large variety of different fashion tastes. The most recent fashion trend setter I’ve heard of was inspired by the man himself, Moff Gideon.

Now, in case you are not aware of who Moff Gideon is, I will give a very brief summary. He is someone from the galaxy’s past, as an imperial officer with a rather intimidating and terrifying nature surrounding him. Although his actions have drawn attention to himself, I would like to focus on another aspect of him: his fashion style, one that is potentially overlooked.

It seemed Moff Gideon’s wardrobe consisted mainly of black and red, of which I am not too surprised, considering he aligned himself with the empire. However, there were a few things I found notable. The first being his cloak. From the research I’ve done, I discovered he often wore what seemed to be a regular black cloak, but with the inside of the cloak being a rather intimidating red.

In my own opinion, that is one of the coolest cloaks a person can have. Somehow, having the outside of the cloak being black and the inside being red just gives perfect imperial vibes. I’m terribly jealous of you, Moff Gideon. I’ve always liked a good cloak to take with me on all the adventures of a senator. Keeping up with the cloak fashions would also be quite handy! Who says you can’t go on a mission all while being fashionable? A fancy cloak is like the cherry on top of things!

The next thing that Moff Gideon seemed to inspire fashion wise was a helmet decked out in sleek red and black. I don’t know about you, but he seems to be quite fond of those colors, don’t you think? Honestly, I can see why. Perhaps I should add more red and black to my own personal wardrobe… anywhoo! I didn’t think many would be so inspired by Moff Gideon’s helmet until I took a trip around the galaxy! You would be surprised with how many helmets similar to his own I saw!

Perhaps others like the colors and the overall intimidating theme! Although I am not that big of a fan of intimidation tactics, I can certainly appreciate a bold statement in fashion. I suppose a shade of red and black do make a person stand out in a crowd. Perhaps if you are a public speaker, it will work well for you!
