Hello, dear beings. Did you always want to learn more about the persons and jobs from our site? Well, I have good news: I made a combination of it! Every Sunday you can read here about our Staff, who they are as a person and what their job is about. Why did they join our world? And why should you join? They will answer all the questions I ask them, and they will explain us everything. And don't forget, without all those nice people, we wouldn't be here!
Today I start with our Rìona Lee.
"Who are you?"
"Who am I? Well, there are many ways but I suppose that I shall be going to easy way for now. My name is Ríona 'Amelia' Lee, and I am the Senator of Corellia. Originally I come from Tatooine, I'm a part of the Hutt Cartel there, but can assure you that my past is cleaner than what it seems. I grew up in a small family, a second family to say at the very least. I don't think there is much more to tell about me, at least nothing of interest"
"What means World of Galaxies to you?"
"World of Galaxies for me means home. World of Galaxies has always been a place which I more than adore, and not only because of the large things but also for the small ones. Ever since I was a child, I have loved the Star Wars fandom and universe. I remember being able to see the movies and shows, then to a few of the written stories from it.
When I got around to hear that a site based on the whole wide Star Wars Universe was being made, I was over the top, I couldn't believe it. And when the site launched I went straight online, and I fell in love with it during the first day around. Being able to plan out a character and having it around this fandom and universe - it's just truly amazing for me! Besides the fandom and universe, the people around are just so lovely, and they have been a part of what World of Galaxies means to me. I hope that more people besides me, will or is loving it as much as I am. This is World of Galaxies to me - A home for those who love Star Wars and a safe community for those who love it either way around."
"Why should people join our site?"
"Personally, I think that people should join World of Galaxies because of how kind and loving the people around the site is. It's a site where Roleplayers can come together and enjoy the Star Wars fandom and Universe. The people around the site are no doubt making World of Galaxies something else. There is a live chat where you can chat and make new friends, there are various forum areas where you can feature or make your own topic and RP with anyone, create a character of your own and note down a Profile Text and a Backstory.
You are able to join various of teams such as the Transmitters or the Guardians of the Galaxy team. There are so many things and if you're someone who loves roleplaying and making new friends in one of your favorite fandoms, then this is the right place for you!"
"What is your job? Can you explain it?"
"My job is - Senator of Guardians. Now some might think; "Guardians of the Galaxy?", maybe. As the Senator of Guardians, I lead a team of Guardians. Our work is to make sure that the rules of the site are followed. We keep the forum areas safe and look through every single one of them, in order to know if there are any rules broken or not. Besides forums, we go through the chat too. You could kinda say that we are the Guardians of the Galaxy, making sure that nothing is God-moded or that any rules are being broken.
We work really hard to make sure that the site is under control and that you'll have the best time around here! But besides that, we are the creators of the GFU Transmission. Coming to the Galaxy each month with the latest stories and Gossips that you could ever wish for. We do a lot more, but this is who we are and what my job is. The Senator of Guardians!"
